Mrs. Cugini

Mrs. Cugini is the Physical Education teacher and Athletics Director here at St. Ambrose.  She attended Point Park College on a Dance scholarship where she received her B.A. in Dance.  After performing and working in the private sector Mrs. Cugini decided to return to school.   She received her Master’s in Teaching Physical Education from Montclair State University.  Mrs. Cugini has taught in several school districts before coming to St. Ambrose.  
 
Mrs. Cugini teaches students from Pre-K 3 through eighth grade.  She loves teaching and encourages students to develop their awareness and appreciation of fitness and physical activity.  She hopes students will continue to live active and healthy lifestyles throughout their adult lives.
 
Mrs. Cugini is married and has two daughters.  She enjoys living a healthy and active lifestyle.  Some of Mrs. Cugini’s favorite activities are Pilates, Bike riding, and Hiking when not driving her daughters to their various activities.
